Returns Policy

Products may be sent back on the condition if they are new and untouched, this can be done within 14 days of delivery for store credit. You may not return a product if you have opened it. You may apply for a refund in cases where you cancel your order before dispatch. The return shipping costs shall be paid by us where the return is because of our miscalculation, for instance you may have received incorrect items or they may be faulty. If the case is not an error from our side and to receive credit, the costs shall be carried by the customer where the package is unharmed and unopened.

Kindly contact us for approval before you send any good back at support@profibers.com. Do so on our working hours, which is MondayFriday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.

You shall receive your store credit for your returned products(s), which shall not be opened or damaged within 10 working days after we collect the parcel.

For goods which you have opened or harmed, you will not be eligible to ask for refund. Other than that the refunds shall only be made to card used. Any or all costs of shipping are not repayable.

On the dispatch of the returned product(s) you must confirm delivery for the assurance of gaining credit for the items. A 15% restocking charge is applied on all items.

Should you be unavailable to gather the package or had the provided shipping address been wrong, the products sent by us shall be subject to added costs for reshipment.

You shall be billed $25 as a processing fee where delivery is refused for an order.
