Q. What does ‘ Awaiting Fulfillment’ mean?

A. This term shows you ordered has been received and is only awaiting to be shipped. As the shipment including your order is sent, you shall receive an email.

Q. What are the shipment days?

A. If the orders are placed before 4pm EST between Monday to Friday our shipments are made on the same day. If the orders are made other than the timing mentioned they are shipped on the following business day.

Q. What does ‘Verification Required’ mean?

A. This means your order is being reviewed. This is triggered normally for our international customers or when the placed orders have a different shipping and billing address.

Before the process completion your request will be reviewed by a member of our team.

Q. How can I track my placed order?

A. When your shipment email is sent for you, you are provided with a tracking number. This can be used to check where your order is and when it is to arrive.

Q. How long does it normally take for an order to be delivered?

A. Depending on the types of orders made by the customers, generally the first class orders are received within 3-5 days and priority orders are received within 2-3 days. If you are an international customer, please visit our ‘International shipping’ section to be aware of its policies.

Q. A certain product won’t go in my shopping cart, why?

A. This occurs when an item is out of stock. You can make an order as soon as it is back in stock.
